CLEAR SCOPE. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.
Questions Independent Carriers Ask Before Getting Started.
1. What exactly does ORYNLO do?
ORYNLO provides carrier-focused market research, potential shipper identification, introductory business development, follow-up organization, and sales pipeline reporting.
2. Do you guarantee direct shipper loads?
No. We do not guarantee load availability, signed contracts, customer acquisition, specific freight rates, or revenue. Our service focuses on business development activity and potential customer introductions.
3. Is ORYNLO a freight broker?
No. Under the current service model, ORYNLO offers research and business-development support rather than transportation brokerage. Actual freight arrangement and commercial commitments are outside this service.
4. Will you negotiate loads for us?
No. Your team handles transportation rates, load negotiations, acceptance, and agreements.
5. Can a two-truck company use your service?
Yes. Our service is designed primarily for smaller independent fleets, including carriers operating approximately 2–5 trucks.
6. What equipment types do you research?
We focus on dry van, reefer, flatbed, and appropriate box-truck markets, with additional equipment evaluated case by case.
7. How do you choose potential shippers?
We consider your equipment, operating base, preferred lanes, relevant industries, and available business information.
8. Do you provide the contact details of every business?
We provide researched professional contact information when available and appropriate. Specific personal information or contact availability cannot be guaranteed.
9. What happens when a shipper shows interest?
We coordinate an introduction to your team. You handle transportation discussions, onboarding, rates, and agreements.
10. How will I know what work is being completed?
You receive reports showing research activity, outreach activity, prospect responses, follow-ups, and qualified introductions according to your plan.
11. Do you replace my existing brokers?
Not necessarily. Direct customer development can complement your existing broker relationships and the ways you find freight.
12. Do I need to give you access to my load boards or operating systems?
No. These are not required for our initial research and prospecting service.
13. Can I keep the relationships developed during our engagement?
Yes. You maintain your direct commercial relationships. Client-specific contact records, data rights, and post-engagement access are defined in the service agreement.
14. How quickly should I expect results?
Timelines vary by market, contact availability, shipper needs, equipment fit, and outreach responses. We do not promise a specific time to first customer or load.
15. What information do you need to begin?
Company name, appropriate business contact, equipment type, approximate fleet size, operating base, preferred lanes, and business development objectives.
16. Is a website included?
No. Website development may be quoted separately when needed. The core service is shipper-market research and business development.
17. What is the difference between the Market Assessment and monthly plans?
The assessment is a one-time research deliverable. Monthly plans include an ongoing prospecting and follow-up workflow as specified in the chosen package.
18. Can ORYNLO work with my trucking company outside Tennessee or Georgia?
Potentially, yes. We evaluate other U.S. carrier markets depending on equipment type, geography, and service capacity.
