Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information submitted through the Orynlo website is handled by the theme.
Information you provide
When you submit a project enquiry, the website can collect your name, company, email, phone, company type, current website URL, requested service, budget range, timeline and additional details.
How enquiry information is used
Project enquiry information is used to review your request, respond to you and keep a business record of the enquiry.
Where form submissions are stored
Valid enquiries are stored in the WordPress database and are also sent by email to the form recipient configured in Orynlo Settings. Authorized WordPress administrators can view the database log.
Spam protection
The enquiry form uses a WordPress nonce, a hidden honeypot field and a submission timing check. The theme does not add an external CAPTCHA service by default.
Analytics and advertising
The Orynlo theme does not add analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies by default. If you add those services later, update this policy to describe them.
WordPress administration
WordPress may use cookies for signed in administrators and other core functions. Hosting providers, email systems and services you add to the site may process data under their own terms.
Data choices
You can contact Orynlo to ask about personal information you submitted through the website and request a reasonable correction or deletion, subject to records the business may need to retain.
Security
The theme uses WordPress security controls for form handling, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Keep WordPress, the theme and the hosting environment maintained.
