Support chat conversations
Our automated support assistant saves conversation messages on this website. If you request our team, we collect your name, email, message, and inquiry contact consent, and show the conversation to authorized administrators. A notification goes to our business inbox. When conversational AI is enabled, recent chat text and approved public business information are sent to the selected AI provider, Gemini or OpenAI. Stored handoff contact fields and private administrator notes are not sent as model context. Email addresses and obvious API keys are redacted from model input, but other information a visitor types may remain. Provider data-use terms depend on the account and tier; Gemini free-tier inputs may be used to improve Google products. Do not share sensitive or confidential information in chat.
A random conversation token is stored in your browser so you can reopen the chat on the same device for up to seven days. Anonymous bot conversations are scheduled for cleanup after that period. Team requests are retained for inquiry handling, subject to applicable deletion requests and the retention settings described in this draft policy.
